Delivery, Cancellation, Replacement, Return and Refund Policy

Delivery

PURPLE PATCH delivers within Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman from 9am, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we accept same-day deliveries up until 7pm, please contact us on +971 4 584 9460 if dialing domestically/ internationally to place your order today! Orders under 300 Dhs are charged a 40 Dhs delivery fee; orders over 300 Dhs are delivered free of charge.

For orders with more than one delivery address, each additional address will be an additional 40 Dhs in delivery charges. For orders requiring re-routing or payment, there will be an additional 40 Dhs delivery charge.

We offer same-day delivery to Abu Dhabi if you order before 12 midday. Any orders placed after 12:00 midday will be delivered the next day. The minimum order for delivery in Abu Dhabi is 500 Dhs and the delivery is free of charge.

In the event of no response from the receiver during delivery, the Sender will be updated. If in case there is no response from the Sender, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued if it passes 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Order Refusal
  1. If the order is refused by the receiver during the address capturing stage, a refund will be issued if the order is not yet prepared. A refund will NOT be issued if the order has been prepared. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient.
  2. If the order is refused by the receiver upon delivery, a refund will NOT be issued and the order will return back to our location. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient and re-delivery charge of AED 30 Dubai & Abu Dhabi / AED 35 Outside Dubai will be applied.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services On-line. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy (below).

Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging and shipping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. When an item is shipped and an order is cancelled, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Production Team, or dispatched from our Fulfillment Center. In the latter case, delivery and return charges will be paid by the customer and this will be deducted from the refund amount issued in the form of store credit.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

Replacement/ Returns Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Your happiness is our happiness! We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have a full day after receiving the product/flowers to request a replacement.

To be eligible for replacement, the product or flowers must be in the same condition that you received them; stems not intentionally cut shorter and with its original packaging (to avoid further damage on the flowers in the process of return to us).

Contact us at info@purplepatchflowers.ae immediately if you’re unsatisfied with your flowers. Kindly include a photo or video clip so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy accordingly.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. PURPLE PATCH is responsible and guarantee a refund for cases where:

  • Items we delivered to you in error.
  • Items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect.
  • Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.

Our Quality Control Team will conduct an assessment, and you will receive a confirmation from our Customer Support Team within a few minutes if replacement is approved. If the same product or flowers are no longer available by the time the replacement is approved, we will offer a different variety or the closest alternative. Upon redelivery we will take the faulty stems or bunch, so please do not send them to trash. Products returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

You are responsible for keeping such items safe and taking reasonable care of them until such items are returned to us.

Refund Policy

We strictly do not offer refunds as our products are considered perishable, unless we are unable to process your order or unable to deliver a product, based on the website descriptions or delivery terms. For refund value below 100 AED we may offer alternative products/flowers instead, as bank charges for transaction reversal may be higher than the amount to refund. For payments made from an overseas bank account, the refund amount that you will receive may also slightly differ from what we intend to transfer to your account due to currency fluctuations.

In case you decide to modify your order for any reason aside from those mentioned in this clause, we will offer the refund amount (either in full or the difference) in form of store credit, in the name you used to place the purchase. The total value of the credit amount will be confirmed to you via email. Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Production Team or from our Fulfillment Center. In the latter case, delivery and return charges will be paid by the customer and this will be deducted from the refund amount issued in the form of store credit.

PURPLE PATCH is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:

  • Items have already been shipped and received by the recipient.
  • Items are delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

In special cases, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 30 – 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Waiver

If you breach these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of disputes or claims arising from this website, adherence to UAE law is mandatory.
